Ramesh is a Senior level corporate Executive worked in major Multinational and Pan India organisations  up to Executive Director level. Hé adorned from various positions in the verticals of Sales, Marketing ,Supply chain and Exports Management.  He started his managerial career with Eternit Everest Ltd as a Sales Manager – South launched new products and created a Brand for itself. He headed Kerala sales operations at Zuari Cements Ltd and successfully established the brand in top three.  He was promoted as Vice President in Supply Chain Management. He was heading the Supply Chain Management for South and west India for Dalmia Cement as Asst.Executive Director.  He also had a brief stint with VARMA Homes as Executive Director created a Professional environment with new ideas and thinking.

Finally the Dream to be a trainer and consultant being passionate about training and teaching with his experience as a visiting faculty in the Institutions like Amity Business School and many other institutions, he started Venram Consultants Pvt. Ltd.His vast experience shapes up many dreaming executives and Managers in a new dimension to achieve success. The new techniques in Venram shall certainly pave way for a different outlook and learning  in the present proffessional and competitive world. 

He is a graduate in English Literature from University of Madras, pursued his PGDMM , MBA and an IIM senior management program. With his passion for poetry, Ramesh published his collection of 100 poems “Misty Mornings” which got appreciation from all aspects of lives.
