Corporate Chef, Whyndam properties


Rajesh is a graduate in Hotel & catering management and Master in Business Admiinistration, who has been in the industry for the past 24 years. Rajesh currently holds the position of Corporate Chef of all the Whyndam properties in Abu Dhabi,which include,Ramada,Howard Johnson,Tryp by whyndam etc.

He is been a part of various hotel chains like Hilton all over UAE, Sheraton Kuwait, Jumeirah Emirates towers, Burj al Arab, Madinat jumeirah, Rotana,Ramada,Taj Mumbai and Oberoi hotels. Rajesh  also had the opportunity to open several hotels which includes the Tallest Hotel in the world, Rose Rayhaan By Rotana. He is a senior member of The Emirates Culinary guild and The World Association of Chef Societies for the past Ten years and have been selected by the world association of chefs as an international judge for culinary competitions.He has also been a HACCP team member in various hotels and also had the privilege of working closely with the policy making Team of Abudhabi food control Authority, presenting various case studies and workshop.In between he had a stint in the Wellness industry  too, taking up the position of Group executive chef of LLH group, opening D Club Restaurant at the Burjeel Hospital which is a luxury hospital in Abudhabi.
