Besides his other ventures in the field of Real Estate, Tourism, IT and Publishing , he is also the Chairman of ASADI (Asian School of Architecture and Design Innovations). Chairman of Cochin Chapter of the Indian Green Building Council since January 2009 and also the Chairman for the National Committee for Green Interior Ratings.Resource person and expert Architect to the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Department of Power, Government of India.Advisor to the State Planning Board for Sustainable Buildings.Recipient of several awards like the McMillan Woods Global Award for “Global Innovative Personality of the Year”, Rajiv Gandhi National Unity Award, the Udyog Excellence Award, the Hind Rattan Award, Citation for Meritorious Service by Rotary Foundation, the Rotary International President’s Golden Century Citation Award, the highest award of Rotary International – “The Service above Self” Award in 1999 – 2000 and the “Energy Efficient & Eco-friendly building Designer/Developer” for the year 2011-12.
